Responsibilities

  • Scope business problems with stakeholders and select solutions across rules, automation, classical ML, GenAI, and agents.
  • Embed with cross-unit squads and lead application builds from initial scoping through production delivery.
  • Design, build, deploy, and integrate production-grade AI agents, automation, multi-agent workflows, and MCP servers with enterprise systems.
  • Build scalable and reusable solutions over structured and unstructured data using vector databases and retrieval-augmented architectures.
  • Mentor and pair with an early-career engineer.
  • Own evaluation standards and quality practices for agentic systems depending on experience.
  • Set up evaluation and observability for agentic systems and support production deployment and monitoring.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of software engineering experience, including 2–3 years of hands-on GenAI or agent experience.
  • Experience designing and deploying AI systems on a major cloud platform.
  • Production experience building and iterating agentic applications, agent skills and tools, MCP servers, and multi-agent workflows.
  • Experience building data pipelines over structured and unstructured data with vector databases and retrieval-augmented architectures.
  • Strong software engineering foundation including Python, APIs, and integration with production enterprise systems.
  • Experience or familiarity with Google Cloud, Amazon Bedrock, Salesforce, and ServiceNow is preferred.
  • Open-source contributions or published work in the agent or LLM space is preferred.
  • Experience shipping AI products with measurable financial outcomes is preferred.
  • Prior client-facing, consulting, or forward-deployed delivery experience is preferred.
  • Exposure to MLOps or LLMOps for production deployment and monitoring is preferred.
  • Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
