Base Salary
$159k - $302k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to develop innovative AEM product features and AI-powered solutions.
- Use customer business cases and value metrics to identify opportunities and demonstrate measurable value.
- Build and iterate on technical proofs of concept to validate business outcomes.
- Work across product boundaries and share expertise internally and externally across the AEM community.
- Develop enterprise software hands-on as part of the AEM Co-Innovation Engineering team.
- Communicate technical and business concepts to stakeholders at varying levels, including executive partners.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 15+ years of hands-on full-stack software development experience.
- Deep expertise with sophisticated Adobe Experience Cloud implementations and enterprise customer use cases.
- Specific experience with AEM as a Cloud Service, including Edge Delivery Services.
- Strong experience with AI experimentation and solutions, including awareness of third-party models, GPUs, and emerging AI applications.
- Demonstrated customer leadership, innovation, executive communication, and ability to influence strategy and alignment.
