Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications while adapting features to business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system reliability.
- Manage application releases and maintain compatibility and performance across environments.
- Document configuration changes and application updates.
- Contribute independently as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in .NET Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency with front-end and back-end development frameworks related to .NET technologies.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques.
- Knowledge of low-code platforms for customizing packaged software.
- Understanding of software release management and version control processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in cloud or on-premise environments.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
