Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer full-stack Java solutions within an Agile software delivery team.
- Write, review, test, document, and maintain enterprise application code throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to application design, software architecture, technical standards, and reusable design patterns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical leadership to deliver sprint goals and resolve technical issues.
- Build cloud-native applications using containers, orchestration tools, service-oriented architectures, and event-driven designs.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership for teams of five or more developers.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Developer using Java.
- Multiple years of experience with software engineering best practices, unit testing, automation, design patterns, and peer review.
- Strong understanding of data structures and object-oriented principles using Java.
- Multiple years of experience with cloud-native development, container orchestration, service-oriented and microservices architectures, REST and GraphQL implementations, and frameworks such as Spring Boot, Quarkus, Micronaut, or Vert.x.
- Experience or exposure to Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, CI/CD tools, database technologies, and event-driven technologies such as Kafka, Spark, Flink, or RabbitMQ.
- B.Tech or B.Engg degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Preferred experience with horizontally scalable, highly available, highly resilient, and low-latency applications; cloud infrastructure; API management; infrastructure as code; security; observability; monitoring; job schedulers; and mentoring technical teams.
