Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement enterprise solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights, and Project Operations.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution design workshops, technical discussions, stakeholder alignment, and technical decision-making.
- Define scalable architectures aligned with enterprise architecture, security, governance, and compliance standards.
- Lead development teams, provide technical guidance, conduct code and architecture reviews, and oversee delivery quality.
- Design and develop Microsoft Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Oversee customizations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, PCF controls, custom connectors, plugins, and workflows.
- Configure and integrate Experlogix CPQ with Dynamics 365 Sales for quote-to-cash processes.
- Design AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, custom copilots, autonomous agents, Agentic AI, and AI orchestration.
- Design integrations using Dataverse, REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and third-party systems.
- Establish ALM, source control, automated testing, and CI/CD practices using Azure DevOps.
- Produce architecture documentation, technical specifications, integration designs, and operational support documentation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution design, development, and implementation.
- Proven experience leading developers and technical consultants on enterprise-scale projects.
- Strong experience leading large Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations across requirements, architecture, development oversight, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Agentic AI solutions, custom copilots, generative AI, and intelligent automation in the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and influence technical decisions across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to business audiences.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Copilot technologies, Experlogix CPQ, C#, .NET, JavaScript, PCF, APIs, Azure Integration Services, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and ALM.
