Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using .NET technologies and JavaScript frameworks.
- Lead technical implementation of application features while maintaining high-quality design, maintainable code, and coding standards.
- Develop responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML and JavaScript libraries or frameworks.
- Build and maintain RESTful Web APIs and backend services focused on performance, reliability, security, and scalability.
- Design and optimize MS SQL Server database objects, queries, stored procedures, integrations, indexes, and performance tuning approaches.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
- Troubleshoot production and non-production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote software development and delivery best practices.
- Use GitHub for source control, branching, pull requests, and collaborative code management.
- Apply Gen AI skills, Kiro, and MCP server concepts to improve developer productivity, automation, intelligent application capabilities, and solution delivery.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with .NET technologies, JavaScript frameworks, HTML, RESTful Web APIs, backend services, and database development.
- Experience designing and optimizing MS SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, integrations, indexes, and performance tuning approaches.
- Experience contributing to architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical decision-making.
- Experience using GitHub and modern development workflows.
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to coding standards, reusable frameworks, technical documentation, and engineering best practices.
- Preferred: working knowledge of Kiro and MCP server-based development workflows.
- Preferred: experience modernizing legacy .NET Framework applications to .NET Core or ASP.NET Core MVC.
- Preferred: knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD practices, and release management processes.
- Preferred: familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, DevOps practices, and application monitoring tools.
