Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management solutions using ServiceNow capabilities.
- Configure risk, policy and compliance, audit, issue, controls, compliance monitoring, attestation, and vendor risk management functionality.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and workflow automation.
- Design and develop enterprise integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST APIs, SOAP services, and spokes.
- Lead migration of risks, controls, policies, compliance records, audit data, issues, and vendor risk data.
- Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and project teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support unit, system, integration, and user acceptance testing and resolve implementation defects.
- Create technical documentation, configuration guides, deployment procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Provide deployment, go-live, and hypercare support for production stabilization.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal, ACLs, and platform security.
- Hands-on experience implementing and testing ServiceNow IRM capabilities, including risk, policy and compliance, audit, issue, controls, and vendor risk management.
- Understanding of governance, risk, compliance, control frameworks, regulatory requirements, the ServiceNow IRM data model, assessment frameworks, policy lifecycle management, compliance monitoring, and risk methodologies.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, and third-party application integrations.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance certifications are listed qualifications.
- Experience with utility, energy, public-sector, or other regulated environments is preferred.
- Knowledge of NIST, COBIT, SOX, NERC CIP, ISO 27001, or other regulatory compliance standards is preferred.
