Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to end-to-end full-stack application development using Java, Spring Boot, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Develop scalable backend services, microservices, reusable frontend components, APIs, authentication, and OAuth integrations.
- Optimize SQL queries and database interactions and integrate applications with Salesforce, Snowflake, and other enterprise systems.
- Participate in application architecture, technical design, and API design.
- Review code, uphold development standards, mentor junior and mid-level developers, and lead technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot application issues, support production problems, and improve performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests and work with product managers, architects, QA, DevOps, and development teams.
- Participate in Agile activities and use AI-enabled development tools while exploring Agentic AI solutions.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in full-stack application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, REST APIs, microservices, SQL, OAuth, and database integration.
- Experience integrating with external or enterprise systems; Salesforce and Snowflake integration experience is highly desirable.
- Understanding of software design, development, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Git, unit testing, and CI/CD.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and guide other developers.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms is desirable.
- Willingness to learn and adopt AI-assisted development and Agentic AI technologies.
