Base Salary
$140k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services for tokenization and related trading workflows.
- Build and optimize high-performance, scalable, and secure distributed systems.
- Design and implement REST, gRPC, and WebSocket APIs for internal and external integrations.
- Lead integrations with third-party platforms, custodians, and trading venues.
- Contribute to architecture decisions supporting enterprise-grade reliability and scalability.
- Participate in design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production monitoring across the full development lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of backend engineering experience with Go, Java, or C++.
- Strong expertise building and operating large-scale backend systems.
- Experience developing enterprise-grade software with strict correctness and reliability requirements.
- Proven experience designing and integrating REST, gRPC, or WebSocket APIs.
- Strong understanding of performance optimization, concurrency, and distributed system design.
- Experience with institutional crypto trading systems, digital asset infrastructure, trading, risk, investment management software, multiple asset classes, multi-strategy trading environments, or third-party financial and custodial systems is preferred.
