Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of quality engineers through multidisciplinary planning and collaboration.
- Develop and implement automated testing strategies aligned with project goals and quality standards.
- Design and execute automated test scripts across various platforms.
- Monitor and report testing progress, quality metrics, risks, test execution, and defect resolution.
- Analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, knowledge sharing, and professional development support to team members.
- Drive continuous improvement across quality processes and the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in automated testing.
- Proficiency in automated testing is required.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Experience designing and executing automated test scripts across various platforms.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
