Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement MDM solutions using IBM MDM Standard Edition.
- Write complex queries and perform data profiling and analysis using tools like Excel and Python.
- Work with databases such as MS SQL, Oracle, or DB2, and write DML, DDL, Stored Procedures, and Joins.
- Demonstrate proficiency in programming languages like Core Java, Python, and Shell Script.
- Troubleshoot software incidents and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams, communicating complex concepts clearly.
- Assist in effort estimation for responding to RFP.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in IT, focusing on MDM or patient identity matching implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience in MDM, with 4-6 years in IBM MDM Standard Edition preferred.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Core Java, Python, and Shell Script.
- Experience with databases such as MS SQL, Oracle, or DB2, and writing complex queries.
- Knowledge of data profiling and analysis, including ETL processes.
- Intermediate experience in cloud technologies, familiar with AWS or Azure.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and incident/problem management experience.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies like SDLC and Agile.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with technical and business stakeholders.
- Good to have experience in DevOps, CI/CD integration, and large-scale enterprise MDM implementation.
