Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and support security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic AI deployments, including LLM systems, multi-agent pipelines, RAG architectures, and MLOps infrastructure.
- Build AI-powered detection systems, automated threat-response tooling, security assessment frameworks, and governance automation using agentic coding tools.
- Manage AI-specific threats including prompt injection, model extraction, adversarial inputs, OWASP LLM Top 10 controls, and AI supply-chain risks.
- Architect security controls for AI identity and access, data pipelines, model serving, cloud platforms, and multi-system integrations.
- Implement AI governance frameworks including the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and model risk management for production systems.
- Develop security strategies, investment cases, architecture roadmaps, operating models, reusable patterns, playbooks, and accelerators for client and Accenture use.
- Lead or support architecture sessions, threat-modeling workshops, and code-with sessions with client engineering and security leaders.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of production engineering experience with cybersecurity depth in AppSec, SecOps/detection engineering, cloud security, IAM, offensive security/penetration testing, or GRC.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production environments.
- Minimum 3 years working with cloud platform security fundamentals, including IAM, network security, secrets management, and AI service security configurations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent minimum 12 years of work experience; candidates with an associate degree must have at least 6 years of work experience.
- Ability to communicate security risk in business terms and translate threat exposure into investment rationale for CISO or CFO decision-making.
