Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow IRM and TPRM solutions.
- Configure Third-Party Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management, Risk Assessments, and Issue Management capabilities.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, Flow Designer flows, business rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Configure Assessment Designer, questionnaires, risk-scoring methodologies, and remediation workflows.
- Build enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Integrate external vendor-risk platforms such as SecurityScorecard, BitSight, OneTrust, and Archer.
- Customize Service Portal and Employee Center experiences for vendor onboarding and assessments.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics indicators.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, technical governance, upgrades, patching, and release management.
- Optimize platform performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, security, procurement, and compliance teams.
- Mentor junior developers and establish development best practices.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is indicated in the posting, with the detailed experience section requiring 6–10+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- At least 3–5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow IRM/TPRM solutions.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end TPRM lifecycle implementations, integrations, platform customization, and enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting expertise, including Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, Scheduled Jobs, Notifications, Email Scripts, Transform Maps, Import Sets, and ATF.
- Experience with ServiceNow TPRM, IRM, VRM, Risk Management, Policy and Compliance, Assessment Designer, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Performance Analytics, Reporting and Dashboards, and Employee Center or Service Portal.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, OAuth, JSON/XML, IntegrationHub Spokes, and MID Server.
- Knowledge of third-party onboarding, due diligence, risk assessments, inherent and residual risk calculations, vendor questionnaires, risk-scoring models, issue and remediation management, exception management, continuous monitoring, vendor offboarding, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, stakeholder-management, solution-design, technical-leadership, mentoring, and code-review capabilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM, and ITIL Foundation; Agile/Scrum certification is advantageous.
- CMDB, Service Graph, Discovery, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow Performance Analytics knowledge are additional advantages.
