Responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery with prospective customers and help identify, qualify, and disqualify opportunities.
- Influence customer evaluation criteria and manage evaluation processes.
- Create strategic customer visions based on business strategy, desired outcomes, and required capabilities.
- Guide customers in deploying Mistral models and products into cloud, on-premise, and other infrastructure.
- Develop custom customer features and coordinate product and technical feedback.
- Onboard customers and optimize production setups from the GPU stack through infrastructure, back-end, and front-end interfaces.
- Define and track proof-of-concept success metrics.
- Lead programs involving internal Applied Engineers and customer-side teams to move projects forward.
Requirements
- Relevant scientific degree such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering.
- Experience working as a DevOps professional, Site Reliability Engineer, or Cloud Solution Architect.
- Experience deploying and managing AI-based products in production environments.
- Fluency in Python.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines or automated deployment tools.
- Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, and on-premise infrastructure.
- Previous customer-facing experience and strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Foundational knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data science.
- Ability to connect technology with business value and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with sales qualification concepts is a strong plus.
