Pure StorageResponsibilities
- Lead the architectural evolution and end-to-end delivery of resilient, high-performance storage systems.
- Design algorithms and concurrent platform solutions for AI infrastructure, distributed computing, data pipelines, and enterprise analytics.
- Resolve multi-threaded, high-concurrency performance and reliability issues across Linux platform internals.
- Own technical roadmaps, establish architectural standards, and drive enterprise product stability with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor engineering peers and lead architecture forums that promote technical excellence.
Requirements
- Deep proficiency in Linux system programming.
- Strong hands-on expertise in C, C++, Python, Go, or Java.
- Mastery of object-oriented design, data structures, multi-threading, synchronization, concurrent programming, and distributed systems architecture.
- Experience making strategic architectural decisions, designing for high availability, and supporting complex production deployments.
- Exceptional communication skills and experience articulating architectures, championing design proposals, and influencing technical stakeholders.
