Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and configuration of software applications using Python.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinate with project stakeholders and multiple teams.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team execution, and make team and cross-team decisions.
- Provide technical solutions, oversee best-practice implementation, and support project timelines.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams.
- Write, debug, test, and optimize clean, maintainable, and efficient software.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Python.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
- Experience with AI Agents & Workflow Integration is preferred.
