Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure across Azure AKS and GCP GKE.
- Develop and optimize infrastructure as code using Terraform and Terragrunt.
- Deploy, manage, scale, and troubleshoot Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads with Helm and Docker.
- Build Azure DevOps YAML pipelines and reusable pipeline templates for CI/CD automation.
- Automate application deployments and infrastructure provisioning using Argo CD and GitOps workflows.
- Integrate security practices and tooling into deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
- Manage networking components including NGINX ingress controllers, load balancing, and service routing.
- Partner with software engineering teams to optimize releases, resolve production issues, and troubleshoot infrastructure bottlenecks.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in production environments.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, particularly AKS.
- Deep hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker.
- Proficiency with Terraform and/or Terragrunt.
- Hands-on experience with Argo CD GitOps workflows and Azure DevOps YAML pipelines.
- Experience with WAF, SAST/SCA, vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and container or infrastructure security.
- Strong proficiency with Linux environments and scripting languages including Bash and PowerShell.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, ingress controllers, and load balancing.
- Strong troubleshooting skills, independent execution, service orientation, and ability to learn quickly.
- Experience managing GCP workloads, including GKE, is desirable.
- Experience integrating AI-powered engineering, automation, or operational tools is desirable.
