Base Salary
$78k - $176k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, administer, patch, upgrade, and maintain the UiPath RPA platform and automation environment.
- Manage installation, patching, and version upgrades of Power Automate flows in a CBP IT environment.
- Monitor system health and performance and implement auto-scaling for changing business workloads.
- Manage backups, high-availability configurations, and recovery procedures to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with developers and clients to understand requirements and troubleshoot infrastructure, connectivity, and environment configuration issues.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT consulting, systems implementation, or transformation.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or business.
- Public Trust determination and eligibility to meet U.S. government client requirements.
- Experience with CBP, federal clients, and Microsoft Power Platform certifications are preferred.
