Base Salary
$182k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the internal AI control plane and tooling ecosystem, including MCPs, AI skills frameworks, and secure connectors to internal systems.
- Build autonomous agents for engineering tasks such as feature development, design changes, refactoring, technical debt, bug triage, and log analysis.
- Develop reusable production-ready AI workflows and department-specific copilots.
- Conduct workflow discovery with cross-functional partners to identify high-value AI opportunities.
- Partner with Security, Legal, and Data teams on compliance, security, and data governance.
- Provide documentation and enablement sessions, establish feedback loops, and measure efficiency gains and platform reliability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or infrastructure roles.
- Hands-on experience building AI-enabled systems involving LLMs, skills, MCPs, or orchestration frameworks.
- Experience designing and maintaining internal platforms, APIs, or developer tooling.
- Ability to translate business workflows into technical systems and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with security, data governance, and reliability practices in production systems, ideally in regulated or healthcare-adjacent environments.
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks, tool or skills registries, MCPs, or enterprise system integrations such as CRM, HRIS, finance, or ticketing systems.
