Responsibilities
- Identify AI and automation opportunities with sales colleagues and develop AI strategies, business cases, and target architectures.
- Design and implement proofs of concept, MVPs, and production AI systems involving LLMs, RAG, knowledge graphs, and agent systems.
- Build scalable AI architectures and securely integrate them into existing systems using APIs, MCP, and A2A communication.
- Evaluate cloud services, foundation models, and AI platforms for value, risk, and compliance.
- Establish MLOps/LLMOps processes, monitoring, and AI governance covering privacy, security by design, and compliance.
- Optimize AI solutions for scalability and performance, technically lead projects, and support sales and presales.
Requirements
- Degree-level study in computer science, data science, engineering, or a comparable field.
- Relevant practical experience in software development, AI/ML, or generative AI.
- Strong knowledge of Python, software architecture, and Azure, AWS, and GCP cloud platforms.
- Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, agentic AI, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and LlamaIndex.
- Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, Kubernetes, Git, and automated testing.
- Strong consulting and workshop facilitation skills, with fluent German and English.
