Responsibilities
- Deliver hybrid-cloud products through cloud-platform planning, software deployment, resource expansion, and collaboration with R&D teams.
- Operate cloud-platform environments for internal and external customers, including alarm handling, on-call support, and change management.
- Ensure cloud-platform stability during important event periods.
- Improve high-availability architecture, disaster recovery, alarm monitoring, and other cloud-product stability capabilities.
- Improve hybrid-cloud serviceability and standardize operations, maintenance, delivery, and serviceability acceptance for new product versions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related major and at least five years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of computer software fundamentals, Linux, networking, middleware, and related principles.
- Familiarity with one or more of Shell, Python, Go, or Java, including building scripts or tools to solve operational problems.
- Experience operating and maintaining one or more of virtual machines, containers, Kubernetes, load balancing, middleware, or AI models.
- Preferred: experience operating and maintaining IDC equipment such as switches and GPU servers.
- Preferred: experience working for cloud-platform-related vendors.
