Responsibilities
- Lead or support implementation and integration of technical and functional system requirements.
- Conduct business diagnostics, process analysis, and solution design workshops with customers.
- Develop functional specifications, solution design documents, modifications, interfaces, reports, and screen requirements.
- Develop test scripts, coordinate user acceptance testing, and support final business acceptance.
- Prepare and deliver end-user training, go-live support, and post-go-live knowledge transfer.
- Serve as a functional liaison among project teams, customer users, and customer executives.
- Advise customers on supply chain industry best practices, process methodology, and Blue Yonder configuration.
- Apply AI/ML algorithms and statistical forecasting expertise to supply chain solutions.
- Assist with project planning and communicate risks or issues affecting schedule, scope, or budget.
- Support defect resolution, customer support cases, and technical issue responses.
- Identify incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers.
- Represent Blue Yonder at industry conferences and workshops when required.
Requirements
- 10–12 years of hands-on experience as a functional consultant providing supply chain solutions to customers.
- Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research preferred; a bachelor's degree combined with relevant industry experience may be considered instead.
- Experience with Blue Yonder supply chain solutions, or relevant implementation experience with Oracle, SAP, or other leading supply chain planning solutions.
- Strong business analysis skills and understanding of statistical algorithms, supply chain management concepts, and tactical planning.
- Expertise developing or using AI/ML algorithms in statistical forecasting.
- Working experience with R and Python packages.
- Understanding of database structures, technical platforms, infrastructure, product-line technical requirements, and performance tuning techniques.
- Relevant APICS or TOGAF certification is a plus.
- Experience in a management consulting organization or supply chain center of excellence is preferred.
- Strong presentation, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to execute projects independently while maintaining high delivery quality.
- Extensive travel availability.
