Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and operate core backend services for context management.
- Define and build architecture for a multi-tenant service with tenant isolation and usage tracking.
- Build APIs and service interfaces for AI agents and internal applications.
- Collaborate with teams to balance fast experimentation with long-term reliability.
- Instrument services with metrics and use observability tools for system behavior analysis.
- Contribute to the technical direction and architecture of the new product area.
- Communicate effectively in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Take ownership of AI solutions ensuring scalability and alignment with user workflows.
Requirements
- Solid experience building production-grade, user-facing software systems.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and frameworks.
- Comfortable with quick iteration and experimentation.
- Proven initiative and ability to drive projects forward.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI applications.
- Track record of delivering software that is actively used in production.
- Exposure to cloud-native environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience using observability tools for troubleshooting.
