Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and optimize scalable enterprise applications and data-driven software components.
- Develop Python solutions, REST APIs, and cloud-based applications using modern software engineering practices.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership, solution design, team decision-making, and cross-team problem solving.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead implementation of coding standards and development best practices.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
- Evaluate existing software components to improve performance, maintainability, and quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Python development is required.
- The role description seeks 8–12 years of experience designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications and data-driven solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Python, object-oriented programming, software design patterns, multithreading, and asynchronous programming.
- Experience with REST API development, unit testing, test automation, databases, data modeling, and query optimization.
- Experience with AWS and familiarity with modern development frameworks, version control, and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, technical leadership, and mentoring abilities.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
