Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the SAS 9 middle-tier platform, services, and SAS 9.4 solutions.
Enhance and maintain multiple SAS 9 foundation products and services.
Resolve customer and security issues related to functionality, security, and performance.
Work with customers and technical support to resolve product issues.
Follow applicable security policies and processes supporting secure software development.
Perform unit, regression, and integration testing.
Contribute to planning, design, debugging, and development of mid-tier services and REST APIs.

Require 3–5 years of software development experience.
Demonstrated programming skills with Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
Experience developing database-centric applications and working with SQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
Experience with JSP and JavaScript.
Knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
Knowledge of security concepts and tools such as Snyk and Black Duck.
Experience with disciplined unit, regression, and integration testing and large legacy codebases.
Experience with Java ecosystem development, debugging, and problem solving.
Experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
