Responsibilities
- Connect and structure hardware data from Jira, Excel, ERP, and design/test systems for use by AI tools.
- Automate the preparation and execution of hardware design reviews, reducing effort from weeks to hours.
- Generate documentation, design review materials, checklists, comparison tables, risk assessments, and other structured outputs.
- Produce summaries, forecasts, and burndown charts from historical project data.
- Build agentic workflows that track hardware module status and automatically remind, summarize, and escalate during development.
- Support engineers developing physical AI for distributed systems including robots, cameras, grids, and ports.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience delivering data and AI solutions, or equivalent experience.
- Experience designing hardware solutions from concept through delivery.
- Familiarity with hardware design tools and concepts, including CAD tools and simulation.
- Ability to create data structures that optimize the use of AI tools.
- Ability to connect tools such as Jira, Excel, and ERP systems through APIs to push and pull data.
- Ability to generate consistent structured outputs in Word, PowerPoint, and PDF formats.
- Familiarity with hardware design tools, processes, and techniques used to deliver solutions on schedule.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, independent-working, and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, systems engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: familiarity with RAG, AI-enabled EDA platforms such as Siemens Fuse, Cadence Allegro X AI, and Quilter, generative or autonomous design tools, physical AI solutions, and project management concepts.
