Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end system features from user experience through backend code.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team-level decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and provide solutions for immediate and cross-functional technical problems.
- Coordinate development activities to support timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between cross-functional teams.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, integrate frontend technologies with backend services, and troubleshoot application performance.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in Spring Boot and experience with Java programming and related frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, deployment strategies, frontend technologies, and backend service integration.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
- Ability to optimize application performance and lead technical coordination across teams.
