Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end system features from user experience through backend code.
- Design, implement, and integrate backend services using Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Kafka clusters for performance and reliability.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate across multiple teams, and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Manage team activities, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and support timely project delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team.
- Evaluate and improve development processes, productivity, and product quality.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of professional experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with Apache Kafka.
- Proficiency in Apache Kafka, real-time data streaming, distributed systems, and message brokering concepts.
- Familiarity with backend development frameworks and integrating Apache Kafka with microservices.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization technologies for scalable deployments.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Ability to work from the Hyderabad office.
