Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end system features across frontend and backend components.
- Lead technical design and implementation decisions in alignment with project and client requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and coordinate cross-functional efforts to improve project delivery.
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance using distributed messaging and event-driven architecture.
- Mentor junior team members and support team development.
- Act as a subject matter expert and manage the team to execute effectively.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 5 years of experience with Apache Kafka is required.
- Proficiency in Apache Kafka and experience with distributed messaging systems and event-driven architecture.
- Strong knowledge of backend and frontend development frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Experience with agile software development and continuous integration practices.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
