Base Salary
$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and implementation of data integrations with major healthcare payers.
- Build an integration framework for faster and more reliable onboarding of new payers.
- Work across various healthcare data formats and exchange methods.
- Build monitoring, reconciliation, and data quality systems for each integration.
- Build and scale data pipelines for AI/ML systems and analytics dashboards.
- Establish engineering best practices and technical foundations for team growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering with a focus on healthcare payer data.
- Prior experience leading engineering teams as a tech lead or engineering manager.
- Hands-on experience integrating with health plan systems and navigating payer data formats.
- Strong system design skills with a track record of defining clear requirements.
- Customer-obsessed and motivated to impact the healthcare space.
- A hands-on technical leader capable of architecting robust systems.
