Base Salary
$150k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and integrate LLM-powered tools into the platform ecosystem.
- Drive the strategic roadmap for GCP and Kubernetes-based cloud capabilities.
- Define and maintain system Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and incident management processes.
- Design platform security measures that enhance developer velocity.
- Manage cloud capacity and provide cost transparency to engineering teams.
- Transform CI/CD and deployment processes into a self-service product.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and deliver resilient fixes.
- Mentor junior team members and advocate for a customer-focused engineering culture.
Requirements
- Deep proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is required; AWS experience is a strong plus.
- Extensive expertise in operating Kubernetes architectures at scale.
- Experience managing and scaling robust data storage and streaming technologies.
- Strong software development skills in high-level languages such as Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript.
- Proven ability to build secure infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
- Proficiency in using modern AI-assisted development tools and auditing AI-generated code.
- Experience designing scalable monitoring and tracing frameworks.
