Responsibilities

  • Build AI agents for engineers to transform development workflows.
  • Automate requirements refinement, coding, testing, and other routine engineering tasks.
  • Improve engineering team velocity and reduce manual effort through AI-driven solutions.
  • Create best-practice guidelines for building and scaling AI agents.
  • Act as an engineering and AI multiplier across teams.
  • Operate autonomously and deliver measurable results.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience building and integrating AI/LLM solutions.
  • Strong software engineering, AQA, SDET, or DevOps background.
  • Practical experience with Context Engineering and RAG architectures.
  • Experience building multi-agent systems using tools such as n8n, Claude Code, and Agents SDK.
  • Strong hands-on experience with coding agents including Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex.
  • Systems-thinking, time-management, ownership, and autonomous execution skills.
