Responsibilities
- Build AI agents for engineers to transform development workflows.
- Automate requirements refinement, coding, testing, and other routine engineering tasks.
- Improve engineering team velocity and reduce manual effort through AI-driven solutions.
- Create best-practice guidelines for building and scaling AI agents.
- Act as an engineering and AI multiplier across teams.
- Operate autonomously and deliver measurable results.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience building and integrating AI/LLM solutions.
- Strong software engineering, AQA, SDET, or DevOps background.
- Practical experience with Context Engineering and RAG architectures.
- Experience building multi-agent systems using tools such as n8n, Claude Code, and Agents SDK.
- Strong hands-on experience with coding agents including Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex.
- Systems-thinking, time-management, ownership, and autonomous execution skills.
