Base Salary
$120k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Automate platform provisioning and enhance DevOps practices across development teams.
- Oversee, design, implement, maintain, and support CI/CD pipelines and related platform services.
- Configure monitoring and alerting for applications and platform services.
- Align teams with architectural, technical, functional, and performance guidelines for CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop team technical capabilities through mentoring and continuous training.
- Manage infrastructure resources and spending.
- Enforce security and reliability best practices.
- Participate in engineering Scrum and design meetings to drive quality releases.
- Document system installations, procedures, and requirements.
- Monitor site stability and performance and troubleshoot platform issues.
- Manage cross-functional requirements with Engineering, Product, Services, and other departments.
- Identify and proactively resolve problems to provide a seamless client experience.
Requirements
- 8+ years of DevOps experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- Experience creating, customizing, and reusing workflows in YAML files.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Azure cloud environments.
- Strong experience with Kafka.
- Proficiency with Git, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Linux, Bash scripting, Groovy scripting, and Jenkins.
- Cloud Foundry, Concourse, and Helm experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and team interaction skills.
- Exposure to Agile practices and methodologies.
