Responsibilities
- Ensure customer success in building and launching Amazon Connect solutions.
- Conduct technology assessments, audits, business process reviews, and ROI analysis for contact center transformations.
- Lead customer discovery, architectural discussions, solution presentations, estimates, and vision and strategy sessions.
- Translate customer requirements into AWS and Salesforce contact center designs using best practices.
- Oversee and mentor technical teams delivering solutions on Salesforce and AWS Cloud.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders while managing expectations and priorities.
- Drive best-practice contact center design across solution delivery.
- Manage project and customer communications.
- Deliver customer end-user training and documentation.
- Lead enterprise-level projects with minimal direction from senior management.
Requirements
- Customer-facing contact center experience.
- Experience integrating workforce management, CRM, and contact center solutions.
- Experience with WebRTC, SIP, APIs, scripting, and coding in technologies such as Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js.
- Strong communication, presentation, troubleshooting, and debugging skills, including comfort with executives, IT management, and customers.
- Experience with CloudFormation, contact flow design, Lambda integration, Lex integration, and call center routing.
- Knowledge of automation and deployment tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, and CodeDeploy.
- Contact center architecture knowledge and experience with technology software sales, pre-sales, or consulting.
- Advanced AWS services and cloud architecture knowledge.
- Salesforce and Salesforce Service Cloud knowledge.
- Familiarity with Genesys, Cisco, Avaya, Twilio, and other contact center platforms.
- Experience with workforce management solutions, outbound dialers, and campaign management.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum software development methodologies.
- AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Developer Associate or Professional, AWS Solution Architect Associate or Professional, and Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications are listed qualifications.
