Responsibilities
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and/or GCP using Terraform and approved Infrastructure as Code frameworks.
- Fulfill infrastructure requests and deploy cloud resources according to security, governance, operational, and cost-management standards.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, optimize, and develop Terraform code, modules, IaC assets, and infrastructure deployment pipelines.
- Implement and support CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure automation.
- Monitor deployments, resolve provisioning and performance issues, and support cloud platform operations, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cloud architects, platform engineers, security teams, and application teams to deliver compliant infrastructure solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of IaC standards and practices.
- Contribute to automation, reliability, scalability, cloud modernization, and emerging cloud technology initiatives.
Requirements
- At least seven years of experience in cloud engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps roles.
- Hands-on experience with at least two of Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency with Git-based source control and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of cloud networking, security, IAM, monitoring, observability, governance, and cost optimization.
- Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure and deployment issues.
- Familiarity with PowerShell, Bash, or Python is preferred.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Experience in large, complex, or regulated enterprise environments is preferred.
- Relevant Professional Cloud Architect, Professional DevOps Engineer, or Terraform certifications are preferred.
- Experience driving Cloud Center of Excellence or platform engineering initiatives is preferred.
