Base Salary
$153k - $191k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical implementation and day-to-day management of CircleCI demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
- Demonstrate technical feasibility and integrate CircleCI into customer technology stacks.
- Advise customers on product implementation, adoption, optimization, and best practices.
- Analyze customer use cases, identify product improvement opportunities, and provide feedback to internal teams.
- Lead technical discussions with enterprise clients regarding complex issues, customizations, and integrations.
- Support strategic planning conversations with customer executives by connecting software delivery challenges to business objectives.
- Develop and deliver technical training sessions, workshops, and documentation.
- Collaborate with account executives, success managers, Sales, Product, and Engineering to support customer success.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience as an engineer in application development, DevOps, or CI/CD.
- Extensive experience in a technical customer-facing solutions-selling role such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Customer Success Engineer, preferably in a SaaS or software development environment.
- Strong proficiency in CI/CD concepts, DevOps practices, software configuration, and scripting languages such as Python and Shell.
- Knowledge of Docker or Linux containers.
- Strong presentation skills and comfort presenting demonstrations to technical and non-technical audiences in person and virtually.
- Proven experience engaging enterprise clients, understanding technical requirements, and delivering customer-success solutions.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and advocate for customer needs.
- Experience developing mobile applications for iOS and Android is a preferred qualification.
- Strong operations and infrastructure knowledge, especially networking and security, is preferred.
