Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable, maintainable, high-quality software solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews and promote code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Implement secure coding and unit testing practices.
- Support the successful delivery of location strategy projects according to budget, quality, and governance standards.
- Manage an engineering team and support junior developers.
- Contribute to technology communities and stay informed about industry trends.
Requirements
- Experience with Java 17 or above.
- Experience with Spring, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot.
- Exposure to cloud technologies such as OpenShift, AWS, Azure, or similar.
- Experience managing an engineering team to support junior developers.
- Knowledge of React or React Native is valued.
- Experience with microservices design and development is valued.
- Stakeholder management experience during delivery is valued.
- Ability to address risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and job-specific technical skills.
