Responsibilities
- Develop and promote automated end-to-end, API, and performance tests.
- Use AI-assisted development tools integrated with an IDE to optimize test scripts, automated test creation, and test data generation.
- Translate business requirements into clear test scenarios using Gherkin and Cucumber.
- Implement and maintain test execution in Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Analyze test results, report failures, and recommend continuous improvements to squads.
- Promote shared quality ownership and good development practices across the team.
- Continuously evaluate new solutions and technologies to improve test automation processes.
Requirements
- Solid experience with test automation frameworks such as RobotFramework, Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.
- Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted development tools integrated into the IDE workflow.
- Strong knowledge of writing scenarios with Cucumber.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent communication skills for facilitating collaboration between technical teams and business areas.
- Knowledge of REST API testing and performance tools such as JMeter or K6 is desirable.
- Experience with Azure Pipelines or similar CI/CD tools is desirable.
- Testing certifications such as CTFL or CTFL-AT are desirable.
