Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated pipelines for validating system telemetry data across Apple platforms.
- Verify that telemetry is accurate, complete, well-structured, and regression-free.
- Collaborate with development teams to define quality expectations for new features and services.
- Validate telemetry from on-device AI models, Siri intelligence, and other ambitious software systems.
- Develop dashboards and automated reporting for real-time system health visibility.
- Triage and debug problems and support quality throughout the release cycle.
- Lead cross-functional technical projects and initiatives when applicable.
Requirements
- Experience with Unix-based systems.
- Experience with SQL or other database structures.
- Experience with Python or similar scripting languages.
- At least 3 years of experience with test automation and frameworks using scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Bash.
- Ability to triage and debug problems; QA experience or exposure to testing methodologies is preferred.
- Passion for quality and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills are preferred.
- Experience leveraging LLM-based tools for developing and testing code is preferred.
