Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust ML systems using Python, Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, and Transformers.
- Design reusable, scalable AWS cloud infrastructure for high-volume ML workloads.
- Integrate, test, and monitor ML model services across the company’s application and microservices architecture.
- Advise internal feature teams on ML tooling and infrastructure decisions.
- Incorporate telemetry to analyze complex failure modes and support real-time reliability.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers on coding, documentation, and architecture best practices.
Requirements
- Require 8+ years of professional ML development experience and a proven record designing and implementing ML infrastructure in AWS.
- Require mastery of supervised and unsupervised learning concepts and deep understanding of large language models and NLP.
- Require expert-level Python skills and experience with high-scale data processing such as PySpark.
- Require comfort with Unix/Linux systems and experience deploying end-to-end real-time solutions such as spam detection, personalization, and ranking.
- Require a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
