Base Salary
$125k - $140k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of complex features from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with leadership to define product requirements and success metrics.
- Design scalable full-stack solutions that integrate with EHR and AI services.
- Manage project timelines and coordinate across various teams.
- Iterate on features based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Mentor junior engineers on product sense and user value.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-stack engineering experience with a track record of shipping applications.
- Ability to architect systems and debug complex production issues independently.
- Demonstrated experience in product or program management roles.
- Expertise in React/TypeScript, Node.js/Python, and cloud infrastructure.
- Comfortable using SQL or analytics tools to analyze user behavior.
