Responsibilities
- Advance qualified pipeline revenue through solution demonstrations, technical proof, and customer solution design endorsement.
- Own technical win strategies and engage business and technical decision makers to translate business priorities into solution visions.
- Lead customer workshops, whiteboard design sessions, technical demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
- Develop technical plans covering migration pathways, recommended tools, milestones, risk mitigation, and hand-off to systems integration partners.
- Address competitive, architecture, AI compliance, privacy, and security concerns while differentiating Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Coordinate Microsoft partners, FastTrack, ISV providers, engineering, and Customer Success Unit teams on demos, co-selling, solution delivery, deployment, and adoption.
- Maintain product and consultative selling expertise, complete required training and certifications, and share best practices with the solution engineering community.
- Assist with customer proposals and provide technical thought leadership through architecture deep dives and readiness events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field and 4+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and Service applications, including Sales, Customer Service, Contact Center, Field Service, Customer Insights, and LOB AI Agents.
- Expertise in Copilot Studio and experience designing solutions, delivering technical demonstrations, leading proofs of concept, and developing migration plans.
- Preferred certifications in relevant Microsoft or industry technologies or disciplines, such as Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, Azure administration, Azure architecture, Azure development, cloud platform technologies, information security, or architecture.
- Ability to engage C-Suite executives, business decision makers, technical decision makers, partners, engineering, and Customer Success teams.
