Responsibilities
- Design and develop impactful software features as part of a self-organised Software Engineering team.
- Own and contribute to significant software components, feature sets, mid-size applications, or services.
- Work toward goals set by Product Management and Outcome Team Leadership.
- Drive engineering best practices and set standards across the team and wider engineering organisation.
- Innovate within the team and contribute to the wider technical domain.
- Act as a technical lead, influence stakeholders and engineering teams, and coach junior engineers.
- Create architectural designs that meet business needs and lead complex projects to delivery.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills and working knowledge of modern object-oriented technologies including Java, Python, and .NET.
- Experience working with Cloud and AWS technologies.
- Experience performing as a Technical Lead and influencing wider Engineering teams.
- Experience creating architectural designs that meet business needs.
- Experience leading and delivering complex projects.
