Responsibilities
- Design scalable, multi-tenant architecture for managing network devices.
- Lead development of AI/ML-powered network analytics and automated troubleshooting.
- Architect integrations with major network vendors' management platforms.
- Optimize platform performance for handling massive telemetry data streams.
- Design zero-trust security models for secure device access.
- Lead design of comprehensive APIs for network automation and integrations.
- Develop edge gateway solutions for hybrid deployments.
- Architect solutions supporting enterprise customers with 10,000+ managed devices.
- Mentor engineering teams and establish best practices for software development.
- Work directly with enterprise customers on complex technical requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- 10-12+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in network management systems.
- Deep understanding of enterprise networking technologies and NOC operations.
- Experience with major network vendors and their management APIs.
- Proven track record building SaaS platforms for enterprise customers.
- Experience with network certification programs (CCNA/CCNP preferred).
- Strong background in software engineering and network infrastructure.
