Responsibilities
- Develop tools and frameworks for continuous integration and continuous delivery automation.
- Use CI/CD automation to deploy services to Kubernetes.
- Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of services across various environments.
- Provide occasional support and initial troubleshooting by reviewing dashboards and logs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to meet product requirements.
- Mentor junior and intermediate DevOps/MLOps professionals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps/MLOps or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Understanding of computer science fundamentals, including threading and object-oriented programming.
- Understanding of networking, firewalls, protocols, databases, and other software systems concepts.
- Experience with software delivery practices including Git branching models, configuration management, secret rotation, feature toggling, and no-downtime deployments.
- Experience mentoring junior and intermediate DevOps/MLOps professionals.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Python or similar scripting languages, CockroachDB, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Splunk, Loki, Zabbix, Prometheus, Artifactory, and npm.
- Experience with MLflow, JupyterHub, DVC, TensorFlow, containerized GPU workloads, NoSQL or vector databases, or large language models is preferred.
