Responsibilities
- Embed with engineering teams to drive infrastructure design decisions.
- Define and build internal tooling and processes for reliable service deployment.
- Own large-scope infrastructure projects end-to-end.
- Lead design and implementation of solutions for service availability and security.
- Drive sustainable incident response and on-call practices.
- Participate in on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of infrastructure or SRE experience.
- Hands-on experience scaling production systems.
- Genuine curiosity about web3 and related products.
- Strong foundation in system design and security best practices.
- Experience with large-scale Kubernetes infrastructure on public cloud.
- Strong debugging skills across the stack.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
