Base Salary
$240k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship new product surface area quickly and with high quality.
- Establish AI-native workflows for the engineering team.
- Maintain backend infrastructure to ensure stability and performance.
- Set the hiring bar and conduct technical screenings for candidates.
Requirements
- Proven experience using AI to build products efficiently without compromising quality.
- Strong product judgment and decision-making skills.
- High standards for code quality, design, and production rigor.
- Experience in small, high-trust teams with ambiguous challenges.
- Solid backend experience in Go or Kotlin, with a preference for both.
- Competence with AWS or GCP, preferably GCP, and production Kubernetes.
- Full-stack experience with Node/TypeScript and React/Next.js.
