Base Salary
$96k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Take on multiple technical tasks including programming and working with cloud services.
- Write unit tests, integration tests, and user documentation.
- Assist other teams in onboarding to the platform.
- Maintain existing legacy systems.
- Collaborate and learn through pairing, design reviews, and code reviews.
- Work with Product Management and other professionals across the organization.
- Support the value of journalistic independence and the company's mission.
Requirements
- Familiarity with relational databases like SQL/MySQL and PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of the development process, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with unit and integration testing.
- Familiarity with building backend systems.
- Knowledge of AI coding tools.
