Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Scope and implement AI agent deployments while advising customers and partners on strategy and execution.
- Analyze LLM internals such as embeddings and design precise prompts and conversational workflows for reliable behavior.
- Refine conversational flows and voice output using SSML, lexicons, and regular expressions to meet customer brand standards.
- Build and configure integrations between Parloa’s platform and customer systems such as CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, and contact center platforms.
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers and internal teams to resolve complex integration blockers and custom scenarios.
- Test AI agent behavior, quality, and performance under real-world conditions and document best practices, guides, and product capabilities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles with expertise in conversation design and AI agent development.
- Ability to analyze customer requirements and create outcome-aligned LLM prompts using advanced strategies such as chain-of-thought prompting and few-shot learning.
- Strong project and stakeholder management, communication, analytical thinking, risk assessment, problem-solving, and strategy skills.
- Knowledge of data structures, system integrations, enterprise APIs, API authentication patterns including OAuth, API keys, and JWT, and data transformation and field mapping.
- Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML data structures, API testing tools such as Postman, and interpreting enterprise SaaS API documentation.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methods, middleware architecture, Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience building custom connectors through integration platforms such as Paragon using TypeScript is preferred.
