Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives as a technical trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
- Lead tailored product demonstrations and technical deep-dives for commercial real estate teams.
- Design and execute proofs-of-concept using real customer data and workflows.
- Serve as the technical voice of the customer to influence product and engineering roadmaps.
- Build and refine the Solutions Engineering playbook to enhance team effectiveness.
- Utilize AI tools to improve workflows and customer engagement.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar technical pre-sales role.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical discovery and run executive-level demos.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, SSO/SAML, and data integration patterns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Comfort with SQL and structured data analysis for customer-specific POC environments.
- Consistent use of AI tools for various work tasks with sound judgment on output.
