Base Salary

$131k - $146k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives as a technical trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
  • Lead tailored product demonstrations and technical deep-dives for commercial real estate teams.
  • Design and execute proofs-of-concept using real customer data and workflows.
  • Serve as the technical voice of the customer to influence product and engineering roadmaps.
  • Build and refine the Solutions Engineering playbook to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Utilize AI tools to improve workflows and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar technical pre-sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical discovery and run executive-level demos.
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs, SSO/SAML, and data integration patterns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Comfort with SQL and structured data analysis for customer-specific POC environments.
  • Consistent use of AI tools for various work tasks with sound judgment on output.
